Belle Tire at 3101 West Shore Drive, Holland, Michigan.

I've been here several times in the last month. The last 2 times there were 2 service reps in the lobby who were not waiting on customers. Both let me stand there for a while before looking up from their computers to ask if they could help. I had called an hour earlier to be sure a part was there, so they knew I was coming. I told them I would wait for the repair which was estimated to take 1.7 hours per wheel. After sitting in the lobby for 2 3/4 hours, I asked for a status on my car. They said they hadn't started it. I should have been told in advance that I might have to wait for 3 hours before they could get me in. At 1:06 pm they drove my car into the bay and at 2:20 the service rep told me the work was done and my car was ready outside. That was 1.25 hours at $85/per hour = $106.25 for labor. However, they charged me for 1.7 hours - $144.50. I questioned the hours and was told that that was the estimate. I feel that I was overcharged. To be fair, they weren't sure if I would need only one or both wheels repaired and they were able to isolate the problem to only one wheel, which saved me money. One last thing - my car has a white interior and every time I get it serviced they leave black scuff marks on the door from getting in and out.
